I stitched the rest of the gown in Hungarian stitch. When I was perusing my stitching books, I grabbed Carole Lake's Just in the Nick of Time book. Her books are always on my worktable. When she was talking about uses for the Hungarian stitch she suggested using the stitch for the vertical areas on clothing and the Mosaic on sleeve (slanted) and it is perfect for this witch.
