The second cardinal

This is the second of three cardinals that I am doing by Charley Harper.  This one is 5.5 wide by 17.75 long and is also on 14 count.  He is the next new item adding into the rotation.  I started at the top and using the same Splendor 976 and two strands, am doing the brick stitch over 2 threads.  He was painted by Treglown Designs.  His description is Cool Cardinal, so I will call him  that as well. The card that came with it from Treglown Designs says "Zero with a hundred percent probability is cool, man, cool, even when you're wearing your red flannels.  Air traffic's grounded, feeding station's socked in.  You can't stuff your gizzard in a blizzard, so how do you survive?  Hunker up and sit it out, rationing your reserves, moderating your metabolism.  to put it another way, when there's snow on the roof, how do you keep a fire in the furnace?  Cool it, man."  Charley Harper, 1974.

LOL, and he does have an attitude doesn't he?

Wonderful canvas, Pat. He looks like I feel when the snow hits CH. Pissed off, in other words! LOL

Hi Pat,

Wonderful canvas and I started grinning as soon as I saw him. Snow on the roof indeed! LOL!

Right now that would feel wonderful but we'll be complaining after the second snowfall of the season. :-)
