Hot Cocoa

 I have been stitching!  I have been working on the background for Hot Cocoa!  I finally finished it.  It is an 8 row darning pattern that I wanted to look like shiplap.  Canvas is by Nicole Tamarin and I purchased it from Stitcher's Garden.  Deb is the best!

The last section

I finished the bottom section of Santa's Village.  I changed the words to Merry Christmas from Peace on Earth.  All the gold coils are done in Kreinik.

Here is the finished piece.  I added the crystals on the sides of his coat to completed the piece.  Ready for the finisher!

 

The Village

 

The Village area of Santa's Village is completed.  On to the bottom area.

The Center Sky

 I have completed the center sky area with Santa, the reindeer and  add a moon face button.

Moving on

 

The coat is finished down the sides, his mittens are done and the sleight he is holding is all stitched.

Progress

 I am backing to getting some stitching done even though summer has lots more activities!  His face, hat, beard and top half of his coat are done.

The night sky

 I stitched the Night sky with 3 shades of Kreinik and then added the pearl beads for the snowflakes
