I finished all the bead sprays and am now filling in the star!

I added more beads and a little bit of white inside the star.

I finished the silver outline, added a bit of white at the top and then started beading the fireworks on the right.

I finished the background and a little bit more of the silver outline on the star.

July

I started the July round from The Collection. I am using #4 Kreinik for the background.

Let the evening Be Gin

I finished this one by adding the letters in Petite Very Velvet and the glasses in Water 'n ice. Ready for the finishing.

Today's progres

I finished the background using Kreinik in the Crazy Rain stitch and then started the Rhodes stitches in Silk Lame Braids for the outside circles.

Up Next

I have started the background on Let the evening be gin by VNG. This will be another one for the sign.

April round is finished.

I stitched the dirt and then used 4 mm ribbon to do the tulip leaves and flowers. This one is all done!

It is finished!

Rose on Rose is now in a 7.5 square Sudberry box. I put gold lame behind it and when the sun hits it, it shows through the canvas.

The umbrella

I finished the umbrella and then stitched the rest of the background! Just the flowers and dirt left.

Today progress

I did a bit more of the white background, added the blue raindrops and then started the umbrella.

April

Started the April round by The Collection by doing half Alicia Lace in Kreinik #8 for the background.

Finished!

I added ribbon and beads in the center-both Mill Hill seed and bugle beads. Last, I finished the border by adding beads to join the bands. This was a fun, fast stitch!

Border and beads

I have finished the border with my modification. I have added all the interior beads and am showing only half of the design so you can see all the beads.

The Border

Working on the border. First a cross with the pearl, then one with Kreinik and then rice stitch over the first cross.

Lots more!

The overall shot shows the outside border of cross stitches with Kreinik crosses over some of them. I am changing the outside border to create this shape instead of adding another design in the center of the N, S, E, and W sides. The second photo is a closeup of the center design that shows the beads adding to the centers all around.

I started the corners and then moved to beading the centers of the Jessicas.

Section 9

I finished Section 9 with the triangular Jessicas. Each one has Kreinik continental stitches in the center.

Section 8

Section 8 is done and I have started 9. All four corner Sprats Heads are done and I have started the triangular Jessicas.

Rhodes

Today was a lot of Rhodes stitches all around the outside. Scattered with a few cross stitches here and there.

Growing.....

I added the next section which is a Jessica surrounded by a Walnetto stitch.

Finished the Norwich stitches and added Triangular Sprats heads all around them.

Finished the upright crosses and have started the Norwich stitch in the centers.
