What in the World?

Okay, just stare at it for a minute because I will tell you what it is......ready?.....This is called Fran's Angel!  I am working on a 9 x 9 piece of congress Cloth.  It was designed by a friend of mine a while ago....okay, a long time ago....and we will leave it at that.  Anyway, first, I padded under the gold Kid with three layers and then couched the head in place.  Below the head is size 16 Braid and I  backstitched the area.  Below that I have couched two strands of Japanese Gold.  For her wing, I started one side with Kreinik cord, a strand of China silk and a strand of Blending filament....just to see how it will look and then I went back and started down the side of her skirt with two more strands of Japanese Gold.  She is not real big, but she is going to be
cute!

She is looking intresting, can't wait to see more of her. I'm loving my stitching, but been busy in the garden. Hopefully back to stitching this week.

You are full of surprises, Pat! This is interesting, but then all your stitching is. Stitch faster. We want to see how this turns out!
