Oops
I stitched on the rose leaf tonight. I did most of the left side and veined it. It looked awful. The colors were all wrong. So, before posting, I ripped it all back out. The color called Honeydew, I think will work, but the Sagebrush is too yellow. I think I have to change those two or move the Honeydew and drop the Sagebrush....will let you know tomorrow what I will do!

Color is hard, particularly in greens. I have trouble matching blues as there are so many shades, but when it comes to leaves, it is very hard to choose the right color because we all know what leaves look like.

They all looked good together when the shop shipped them, but not so much on the canvas.
