Squares

Started the squares in the border.

The right side

I finished the right outside border. Moving right along on this.

Another side

I finished the left side and started some on the right side. I am also changing some thread choices I had pulled and working on stitches for other areas of the design.

The left side

I am over half way down the left side repeating the patterns established in the top row.

Top border

I have made it across the top border and turned down the left side. I did a closeup too.

Wild Night

I have pulled a lot of threads for this one. And, started the outside border. I did tent stitches with Kreinik gold for the very outside border and then added Silk Lame Braid and Essentails for the green border. I wanted to pick up colors that are going to be in the rest of the design and therefore switched from a single solid green to a two thread band.

Next up is this project. Good night by Once in a Blue Moon.

Verticals

I am about two thirds down the canvas with the vertical threads.

Verticals

The thread arrived today. All the vertical lines are in!

Horizontal

While I wait for the vertical thread, I am continuing the horizontal threads in the areas that I can.

So....

So I ran out of thread for the vertical stitches but went as far as I could. Thread is on order! Then I started the horizontal lines with another size of Kreinik. These are eally tacking threads so on the surface they are tiny but I made progress.

Half way

Added a lot more rows of the long tramme Kreinik.

Heart of my Hearts

I am once again working on Heart of my hearts by Luis Nunez. I have tried to find someone to cut a heart shaped mat and have had no sucess-or that I would pay the price! So I am going to add a background to make it a standard frame size.

Another finish

Dangling Spiders by The Meredith Collection is finished as a stand up with the acrylic base inserted and I found some black spider web fabric for the back.

It is finished!

This one is finished. I completed the bottom row today and have taken it off the bars!

I have completed 3 of the 4 sides on this round.

I finished all the white border. One more to go.

The blue is done

The blue band is finished. Started the white!

Two sides of the border are done.

And so I have made progress on this border. I used Planet Earth silk in the first pass of the Woven Band and Kreinik #8 for the second pass.

I finished the beading! On to the border.
