The bottom band is stitched past the middle!

And then
I completed the black outside borders down both sides. Then, I added the gold line across the bottom and started on the background behind the words on the bottom band.

Wording Background
I have started the background behind the words across the top using Vineyard Silk in basketweave. I forgot to mention that this canvas is on 18 x 21 stretcher bars. So, some sections are going to take a couple of days!

Borders
The guide did not call to stitch the outside border but I want it stitched. I did Gobelin stitches with Silk Lame' Braid 18, 01. This is probably not going to be my only change and if you know me, this is what I do! The gold lines next to the black is Kreinik #12 in slanted Gobelin as well. I will work on the borders as I work down the canvas and then work the second gold line after the background behind the wording is done.

Double Double Toil & Trouble
So I bought this one from one of the stash sales I did last year. I had to have this wonderful design by Melissa Shirley. It came with a stitch guide by Wendy Harwood. I started gathering threads and beads a while ago and think I have everything now, although a couple of spools of Trebizond and some beads are not in the photo of my supply tray below.
This one is going to take a while!

Spider's Legs is done!
The words are beaded with Mill Hill Frosted beads 62041 and a single strand of #4 Kreinik yellow in the needle. Then I needle felted the spider with yellow roving. I started the ball on my block and then when I had the right sized circle, I moved it to the canvas. I built it up to the dome shaped and made sure it is secure. I then added the same black matte beads for his eyes that I used for the skull. Last, I added Fuzzy Stuff 22 in stem stitches for his legs and lightly brushed them. All done!

Moving right along!
The bottom of the bottle is finished using the same Silk Lame' Braid colors I used at the top. I finished the white basketweave around the outside. I then added the spider web using Kreinik #8 in 032 by couching it in place with Accentuate 300.

Below the line
I ripped out the first stitch of the pattern below the yellow line. I started over and made some progress down the label.

Adding on
So, I finished beading the skull with the matte black beads. I started the black label with a patterned stitch which doesn't show up yet. The I tent stitched the yellow line and started more of the black label under it. I am leaving the web open for now.

And started beading
More filling in as I work down the bottle. I have also started beading the skull and cross bones with size 11 matte black Miyuki beads.

And so,
The top section of the bottle is done. So far, I have used all Silk Lame' Braid. The white background is 02 in basket weave. The bottle cap is Brick over two using 01 and 48. The bottle is four shades that are 11, 94, 104 and 126. The stitch is from Lone Star's Grab-n-Go Stitches on the bottom of page 12.
