The third leaf
I worked on the third leaf tonight and completed the wrapped bar patterns in the copper, gold-silver, and gold. Notice the color changes within the rows providing a blending/shading variation. I then started the remaining design for the remainder of the leaf. Using a single strand of yet another color of copper cord, I am doing long stitches to fill in the rest of the leaf! Very different approach to more color variation

This is just astounding, Pat. I am really impressed by Betty Chen Louis's design. It's very inventive but not too difficult, either. And it looks great.
This one I really really want to see in person. Heck! I lust after this one to put on my walls!!!
Thanks! I guess I will have to mail it to you to see!
