I finished beading the last of the olives and limes on the bottom to complete the white border.

The Cornstalk

The Cornstalk is finished and ready for the Halloween tree.

Since there is now a lot of background to do, I am working only background for a bit

I worked on background today....lots of it to do!

Lots more background, leaf veins, olives and lime on the left.

And....

I stitched another leaf, 2 more olives on the left, and finished the white across the bottom.

Finished the green inner border, beaded another olive, worked on more of the white at the bottom and started the pink inner background!

All over

More of the green inner border, more white background, another olive and a leaf. Not sure if I like the dark green vein line. Thinking about that!

Here and there

I beaded another olive in the top, stitched more white on the left side and started the green inner border.

I beaded olives at the top and then worked more of the white working to the left.

Beads

I have started adding the size 14 beads and completed the limes in three shades of Sundance beads. I don't know about you, but I am a slow beader!

today's progress is more of the white background....this one is fun!

Outside Background

I am stitching the outside frame white using Silk Lame Braid Plus 02 in the Parisian Stitch.

New sign!

I am starting this design by KB Needlepoint to Go, design NTG07. I am using Essentials for the diagonal outside stitches and the inner tent stitch row.
