Working on Lesson one, step 3, I added a row of Upright Cross stitches, with a Cross Stitch on top of each one, all around the outside of the diamond area. This was done using one strand of #4 Kreinik braid. I then started step 4, using a single strand of Ecru Floche, and am working Modified Scotch Stitches. These will also be worked all around the outside of the diamond shape. While this picture does not show it well, there is already a great deal of shine and sparkle going on in this design.Wednesday, May 13, 2009
