Row two is finished!

I finished up the cushion stitch and then used Kreinik #8, 041 to make the French knots in the center. Moving to the left, I worked the double cross stitches in Silk Mori, four strands of 625. Next the combination of leaf stitches that form a square are done in Silk Mori, four strands of 4163. The last pattern in the row is worked again in Silk Mori, four strands of 0643. I am using the laying tool for all these stitches to get maximum sheen to compliment the Kreiniks.

Are those beads in the second row's last section on the left? Fun to watch this develop, Pat.

Oops! Yes, I forgot to tell you that the last set of cushion stitches do have beads in the center!

I had to go back 3 posts to see what this fun project was. I am just catching up from the holidays, etc. This looks like a really fun project from Orna Willis. I have one of her projects in my stash waiting until I scurry up the courage to tackle it. I'll be watching your progress with great interest as you show us the way. Also enjoyed your new slide show!
