The Sheep Cube

This is another Kathy Schenkel design. It is a cube after I have it all stitched! Then it is tied like a package with the red ribbon and white ceramic heart you see in the bottom left corner. I pulled all the colors of Splendor and one Tiara that this cube will be stitched in. I then started putting in the sky with four strands of blue.
Pierrette asked about the penguin for the stocking. The penguin came with the canvas, so I don't have to make one to stuff it with. I do have to make the stocking with the lining to hold it! But, not today! LOL

Pat,

That seems like another fun project.

I am so relieved for you that you don't have to make the small penguin (rofl)

My own opinion is that Pierette's lying. She wanted you to MAKE the stuffed penguin for inside the penguin stocking!

Jane, ducks, runs, and hides under the bed where no one will ever think to look for her, right?

By the way, this is another cute design. Hope the recipients appreciate all the work you're doing for them. (Don't tell them about all the fun, ok? You want them to think you slaved over a hot needle for a very long time, instead of entertaining yourself and your blog readers.)

Jane,

You can't hide away from me no matter where you go (grinning).

I must confess it would have been very interesting to see Pat actually make the little penguin, but for the life of me, I did not want to put her through all this hard work for us, but still ........... (ROFL)

ROFL! Actually make the penguin? Not in this lifetime! I am so busy making my own needles and twisting my own threads, I don't think I have the time to make felt and then stitch it together!

Hi Pat,

LOL at all of you! Pat I want to see pictures of you spinning and making your own needles (she says while running to hide under her bed.)!

I have several of these that someday I want to do so I'll enjoy watching you stitch this one.
