The Tulip Study is framed! And, Fatima .....

I finally picked up the Tulip Study from the framer! It is a wooden shadow box, with a gold mat to accent the gold in the border. I also put museum quality glass on the front of this one. Notice I did not get a reflection from the camera!

I also have been stitching away on the background for Fatima the Flamingo! She is really getting close to be done!

The Tulip Study is an heirloom, indeed - and just think! I got to watch it in progress. Good job, and the frame is exquisite.

Hi Pat,

"Tulip Study" turned out beautifully and the mat and frame just make the piece! Now where are you going to hang this one?

"Fatima" is working up quickly and the background really makes the pink "Pop". You'll be done this project quickly so what's next? Did you pick up another JZC Santa?

Your framing goes very well with your tulip study :-)

Are you saying that you do not get any reflection with museum quality glass? If so, that would be great as it is so difficult to take a good photo without reflection.

And I love that little flamingo, so darn cute!
