Working faces
The snow faces are worked all in #8 Kreinik in basket weave. Colors I used were 100-white, 014 blue for the edges, 9200 pink cheeks. The black 005HL is used for the Smyrna cross stitches for the eye and smile pieces of coal. Next up, carrot noses!
I've been enjoying reading through some of your posts and seeing what you've been working on and I thought I'd mention that I host a weekly Stitchery Link Party for all things hand embroidered and I'd love to have you come link up this post (or one of your other posts) so my readers can come see too. http://www.supermomnocape.com/2015/06/29/vintage-embroidery-monday-stitchery-link-party-12/

I do hope that you'll come join the fun.
Thanks! These are a couple of projects from my stash
before I start a couple of larger pieces.
Very nicely done. I really like the way this looks. I don't do XS, don't have the sight or the patience, but if I did, I'd want to do this one.
Susan, this is needlepoint on a small design.
Such a cute project. I enjoy needlepoint but don't work on it often. I have a big needlepoint project I need to pull out and finish! Great work!
Thanks! Get that piece out and do a little bit every day! It will soon be a much smaller and then finished project!
I'm just popping back to thank you for linking up to last week's Stitchery Link Party. I do hope you'll join in again soon!
