The Basics
I generally do all of the skin first and Corliss is no exception. Her face, chest and arms are all done in Splendor and I have completed the lightest and medium values. Just the dark tone to go!

That was FAST! Of course I like to do faces first, at least right after the background is done.
Yes, there is a lot less skin than on Jubilee!
