Elegance Background
The entire background is worked in this design using Elegance. The straight lines are laid in and then the design is worked on top. Five sets are done, two are laid in and these are the first two steps of the background pattern, with one to go!

Elegant background, especially with the beaded tassel top. I am curious about Step Three. Stitch faster!
The delicacy of the background is perfect for the boldness of the tassel.the background looks like lace.
