All of the skin and more
Corliss has all of the skin done! I also did her fingernails with a backstitch or two of Kreinik #8. Her cigarette holder is long stitches of Kreinik 005HL in #8 and the silver is done in 001.
Not that you asked, but petite peluche makes wonderful smoke. You have to pull it to make it wispy. I did it for a chimney on a baby's first Christmas mitten and loved the way it looked. Because it's wavy to begin with, you get a natural look.

Thanks for the peluche idea! I have already figured out the smoke from what I had but will make a mental note for the future!
