I started on the Venus eyes by working Smyrna Crosses with 3 play of Gloriana silk, Highland Garden Dark 066A in the center circle. Next using Neon Rays 59, I worked the first layer of the center star. Coming back to work the second layer, I used two strands of Bijoux 483 to lay it over the rays. Next to the outside, I am working Smyrna crosses to create the inner ring of the next pattern.
