It is beaded

I finished all the beading.  The same beads are used on both the white flowers and then dotted here and there in the background.  Note that the beads are the same size although they look larger on the background than they do on the flowers!

The beads are very interesting. They really bring this piece to life and the optical illusion of their size depending on which color they rest on is amazing!

I don't know if the background is stitched - but they look like they are sitting in the holes on the flowers, but on the surface of the background. They do look like two different sizes.

The beads are sitting in the holes on both the white and the black stitches...quite the illusion isn't it? The piece will be framed and hung in my home.
