Ready for finishing

I finished the S patterns to fill the opening of the circle. Due to the material and pattern, this piece has movement to it. The depth created by the fibers down to the black which barely shows up causes it to move as you go by it. I will pick up the supplies and hope to finish it this weekend.

It's very 3-D looking, besides the movement. A fascinating effect!

It's lovely. The piece makes me think of the Northern Lights, which I've never seen but would like to some day. Thank you for sharing the piece.

This weekend? Well okay, I'll be patient.

Yes, it is very 3 D due to the weights of the Kreinik going from 16 to 8 to 4 and then the gold, then a black gold mix, and then black which fades into the canvas. Pretty cool idea!

Lovely! I never thought of Northern Lights in conjunction with this piece but Marion is right--that's what this is.

Very cool piece!

Really neat piece. Might be a stupid question but do you sell your pieces? I'd love to get my hands on this one!
