Blade Two
First I finished the lavender on the roses by adding more French knots on top of the Sapphire using Hyacinth overdyed to create some variations in the lavender. I then started working the Pavillion stitch at the top of the blade working down with fives strands of DMC floss in 926. Since I did a lot of French knots last night and Pavillions on Monet's Garden, these almost stitched themselves!

I think I keep repeating myself - but this thing is absolutely exquisite!! Beautiful. You do incredible work.
I love pavillion stitches myself. They reflect the light so well and also are a nice neutral background. They are a great touch for the little flowers in the centers of each fan blade.
This one is going to be very feminine and lovely when done.
Judy and I love it!
(Arm wrestle you for it, Judy. No, wait, Pat isn't done yet.)
