Are the stars out tonight?

Of course! I stitched them with Kreinik 001HL in a Double straight cross stitch. I moved on to the fence and decided it would look best in tent stitch and that it definitely needed to be the brown. I decided on my Kreinik Ombre in color 1700-Misty Gold. Notice how the thread is variegated. I think it has a great fall look to it.

I really like those stars - and the Kreinik on the fence. Looks great with the velvety looking cat!

The fence looks great. The stars will be wonderful with the sky stitched in. This is a darling piece and you've done a lot with it to bring it to life.

Can we all come eat at your house with the napkin rings?

Sure, Jane! For Halloween, we will have Sauteed brains, pickled fingers, and flambe' peanut butter cups! Come on over!

If Pat's cooking, I'll bring my own napkin ring - the pumpkin. I'd better go finish it, as I've been loafing.
