The final sections

I finished the final sections. First I added vertical rows of Anchor Pearl to tie down the pairs of horizontal threads. I used the white and then the ecru to create the pattern. Then, I added another row of Alternating V stitch and finally another row of the Braided Knitting Stitch.

This is beautiful! I wish we could see it in person because I know the subtle whites and golds don't photograph well. Lovely piece, isn't it?

You did a fabulous (and quick) job stitching it, too.
