With time on my hands

I had lots of time today to work on the Overskirt! I used three strands of the S211 to start the Diagonal Gobelin and completed most of the pattern. I have to fill in the white areas and will do that tomorrow, but I really like how this looks! It is very rich and almost "royal" looking!

Gosh, that is beautiful! I've found the photos of the Pet Guardian Angels don't showcase how lovely they are when stitched. I love mine. When it comes time to send them off to the Auction, there will be a few regrets!

You are really making quick progress on these. I don't remember mine going as quickly as yours have. When I first stitched mine, many of the stitches were unfamiliar to me (my excuse for being slow) but I do have my favorite "pet" and I think it is the gold fish. I stitched everyone according to the designer's recommendation and I thought the most unusual one was the fish. I also love the parakeet and bunny, in that order. You'll be done in no time at all, happy stiching.
