Added the words

I have beaded the words!! Onto the drinks!

The Green

The green is finished! Now to decide on the letters.

More background

I started the background behind the words....this is going to take a couple of days!

Leg and stems

The leg in the left drink and all the stems on the drinks are stitched. The center one is beaded.

There!

The blue background is done! I also stitched the witches hat and shoe on the first drink on the left.

I tried

I tried but did not get all of the blue done. Tonorrow for sure!

A lot

First I finished the black and orange border at the bottom and then I got past drink 4!

Past number 3

Got a lot more of the background done....past the third drink!

Almost half way

Almost half way across the blue

Just blue

Today was all blue background as I need to have all that done before I do the drinks.

Progress

I stitched more blue around the first drink and then finished the orange and black squares above the Pick your Poison. I then did the rest of the left border in the squares instead of as painted.

Here and there

I finished the solid orange border around the top, I started the orange and black squares above the words and then added some more of blue background on the left.

There!

Ripped the orange border and have started using satin stitches instead. Worked on more of the blue too.

Blooper

So I worked a bit more of the blue background and then moved back to the outside border doing scotch stitches over 4 but unfortunately, I can't count and it doesn't fit. I would end up with two threads left and I don't want a partial stitch. So I will be ripping the orange stitches.

Two views

I completed the blue border all the way around and then added a few rows of the blue inside background using the same stitch and thread as the inner border. I did two shots so you can see the stitch.

Black and Blue

The black outside border is done. I have started the next blue border and am 3/4 across the top.

Getting started

I started with the black outside border--the right side, across the top and 3/4 down the left side are done.

Let's start another project!

This is the next project! Pick your Poison is by Pepperberry Designs. It is a 7 x 16 design on 13 count. I purchased it and these threads from The Wool & The Floss as they are having a trunk show of Pepperberry Designs! I will start figuring out some fun stitches.

This ghost is by My Pink Sugar Life and I have the background in place.

Another Finish!

Trick or Treat is finished! The candy corn is glow in the dark, and the foam on the pot is gathered Flair.

Bubbles and

Added the bubbles, spider, bat and bird today.

More Halloween

I started Trick or Treat by My Pink Sugar Life. The background is done in Silk Lame Braid glow in the dark.

Witch Way?

The first photo shows the finish! The second photo shows all the glow in the dark! Finish 31 for the year!

The letters

Started the letters today. I am doing a wrapped backstitch with Neon Rays + Glow in the dark white. I turned the lights off so you can see the letters, hand, and some of the lines in the sky that glow.

The Moon

I beaded the Moon today!

The hand &

I finished the hand and have started brick beading the moon.

I started the hand and stitched her fingernails in Neon Rays. Then, the rest is stitched with Neon Rays + Glow in the dark for the light and Threadworx overdyed Kreinik for the dark green

The sky lines

I finished the sky lines in Silk Lame braid with the white using glow in the dark.

More

I finished the background! I have started on the sky lines in Silk Lame Braid. The white sections will glow in the dark.

Across the top

I added rows across the top, down through the hand, and the left side. I will finish the background tomorrow.

Halfway across the design for the background.

Another inch or so

I finished more rows of the Faux Bargello stitch for the sky. Compensating around everything is slow but I like it.

Witch Way?

Started Witch Way? by Patti Mann today. I am doing the background first in Pepper Pot Denim. Canvas and threads from The Needlepoint Clubhouse.

Fini!

I added 4 scotch stitches in each corner with the Wildflowers and then added Windmill sttiches in the center using Patina. This one is done!

More

I decided to add lines of Kreinik over the last two outside rows of the border. Tomorrow is the corners.

The side bars are done and ready for the corners.

I have started the final outside rows, half way.

Another band

I finished the first of the two final bands.

Catching up

I have been stitching and finished this piece. A friend's dog that she wants to frame.

I put this back on the bars and am adding more borders so it will fit it in a 5 x 5 box.
